🍻 Happy Hour Finder — Privacy Policy

The short version: Happy Hour Finder has no user accounts and does not collect personal information. The app is a community directory of happy hours and restaurant deals. What you submit is information about restaurants — not about you.

What the app collects

• Spot submissions. If you add a spot, suggest an edit, or tap "verify," the content of that submission (venue name, address, deal, hours, notes) is stored in our database so it can be reviewed and shared with other users. Submissions are anonymous — no name, email, account, or device identifier is attached to them.
• On-device preferences. Your filter choices and your own submissions are stored locally on your device so the app works offline. This data stays on your device.

What the app does not collect

• No accounts, names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
• No location access — you choose your city manually; the app never asks for or receives your device's location.
• No analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind, and no third-party ad or tracking SDKs.
• No cookies beyond what is technically required to serve the web version.

Where data is stored

Community submissions are stored with Supabase, our database hosting provider, on servers in the United States. Standard connection logs (such as IP addresses) may be processed transiently by our hosting providers to deliver the service, as is the case for virtually all internet services; we do not use them to identify users.

Moderation

All submitted additions and edits are reviewed by a human moderator before they become publicly visible. Verification taps ("still accurate") update a listing's freshness date immediately but cannot change listing content.

Age

Happy Hour Finder describes alcohol-related offers and is intended for users of legal drinking age. It is rated 18+ on the App Store and is not directed at children.

Data removal & contact

Because submissions are anonymous, they cannot be traced back to you — but if you'd like content you submitted corrected or removed, or have any privacy question, contact: coupleluxurytravel@gmail.com

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised date.
